Meet Eric
Since 2008, Eric O. Swanson Jr. has served as CEO of DOC. Under his leadership, DOC has consistently evolved to meet the demands of the changing service industry while continually providing its customer's service excellence. DOC's success in the midst of change has happened because of Eric's belief in a simple but powerful business philosophy: achieving the vision starts with the alignment of DOC's service excellence with its customers' needs.
Eric is the proud parent of four children, Kaleigh, Maggie, Oscar, and Charlie. He deeply loves his family and looks for opportunities to bless others by paying it forward. Eric is a US Marine Corps veteran and is active in various charities through DOC's Blood, Sweat, and Tears initiative.

Meet Courtney
Courtney’s experience includes over 15 years of Operation Management and Financial experience in both the Manufacturing and Service Industries. It is her dedication to sound accounting practices that ensures accurate financial reporting that are key to our previous and continued success.

Leah ensures all teams work in tandem for the daily execution of service excellence in every facet of our operational initiatives. Her leadership and command of operations, reporting and technology ensures DOC’s success in our Field Operations , Service Center, Call Centers and Triage Teams.
Meet Amanda
Amanda’s experience includes recruiting and maintaining only the best talent for DOC. Through intense background checks, interviews, and strict hiring processes, her team attracts qualified talent for DOC’s success.
Meet Micah
Micah is responsible for maintaining all network infrastructure and ensuring data is captured efficiently and accurately. Micah is a key component in bridging DOC software and reporting integration. Micah’s experience keeps DOC reporting up to date with industry innovations.
