President & CEO
Since 2008, Eric O. Swanson Jr. has served as President and CEO of DOC. He focuses each day on executing the vision, mission, and strategic direction for the company; investing his energy into the development and leadership of DOC’s executive team. Under his leadership, DOC has consistently evolved to meet the demands of the changing service industry while continually providing its customer’s service excellence. DOC’s success in the midst of change has happened because of Eric’s belief in a simple but powerful business philosophy: achieving the vision starts with the alignment of DOC’s service excellence with its customers’ needs. As a result, building strong personal relationships with each customer is the priority for achieving alignment and success. When the customer wins, DOC wins.
Eric and his beautiful wife, Crandall, are the proud parents of four children, Kaleigh, Maggie, Oscar, and Charlie. He deeply loves his family and looks for opportunities to bless others by paying it forward. Eric is a US Marine Corps veteran and is active in various charities through DOC’s Blood, Sweat, and Tears initiative. Through his church, Eric takes great joy in leading mission trips to South America, and mentoring future entrepreneurs.
