Due to our phenomenal expansion, we are seeking a full-time Administrative Quoter Support to join our Service Department. In this position, you will be receiving orders from customers, post their requests and provide quotes for new customers. As a Quoter, you will play a key role in supporting the service team.
***This is an entry-level position***
Specific duties for this repair technician role include:
Managing the “waiting quote” board to prepare proposals for various customers
Submitting proposals via customer websites
Learn and understand the different customer rates and billing parameters
Work closely and communicate with Coordinators on proposals for work orders in their area
Additional tasks as needed
Basic computer knowledge
Basic math calculations
Attention to detail
Microsoft office suite
Professional written and verbal communication
We are looking for a Service Center Quoter who combines strong motivational and leadership skills with solid administrative and time-management abilities. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a timely manner. In addition, you should also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively speak with customers and employees.
